What types of glue work best for building a spaghetti glue?

We have a physics project to build a spaghetti bridge (just out of spaghetti). I was wondering which type of glue would hould the spaghetti bridge together the best.

    The best glues for that are going to have a high peel resistance. Because of the porous nature of spaghetti I would avoid anything that is water soluble. Use something viscous (resists flow). I’m thinking hardwood flooring glue would be the best.
